Basic Ginger Tea

Preparation

This is a mild tea that anyone can drink comfortably. If we wish to make it strong, then just double the given ingredients.

  • Take a fresh, bright, and heavy Ginger root.
  • Do not buy wrinkled and dark Ginger.
  • Clean the Ginger thoroughly under tap water.

Ingredients

  • A piece of 2-inch Ginger.
  • 1 cup of water

Method

  • Take a 2 inch Ginger piece.
  • Make a fine paste of Ginger.
  • You can use a grinder for paste.
  • Choose an earthen or stainless steel pot.
  • Keep it on the flame.
  • Add a cup of water.
  • Heat the water till it reaches the boiling point.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Include the Ginger pulp/paste in the pot.
  • Cover the pot for 5 minutes.
  • Take a cup.
  • Use the strainer to strain so that we get pure tea and no pulp while drinking.
  • Now pour the tasty and nutritional Ginger tea in the cup.
  • Drink it warm, sip by sip.

Ingredients

  • 1-tbsp Ginger paste.
  • 6-7 Basil leaves paste.
  • 1-cup of water.

Method

  • Choose an earthen or stainless steel pot.
  • Keep it on the flame.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Heat the water till it reaches the boiling point.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Add Ginger paste.
  • Add Basil leaves paste.

  • 2 -pieces of Cardamom crushed or paste.
  • 1-cup water.

Method

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste.
  • 2-Small piece of Cinnamon.
  • 1-cup of water.
  • Strainer.

Method

  • Choose an earthen or stainless steel pot.
  • Keep it on the flame.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Add 1 tbsp of Ginger paste.
  • Add 2 small pieces of Cinnamon.
  • Boil the mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Filter the tea, and pour it in the cup as per your desire.
  • Drink it warm, sip by sip.

  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste.
  • 2-pieces of Clove powder.
  • 1 cup of water.

Method

  • Choose an earthen or stainless steel pot.

  • Add Clove powder.
